While working for Fortune 500 company Scott found the way applications were being created was not out dated and left a lot of room for missed opportunities. He was able led changes within the company that are still being felt and implemented today. He knew His drive for improvements was a force to improve not only the quality of work that was being done but the quality of other employee’s satisfaction with the company.
When Scott was presented an opportunity to turn a legacy application written in PowerBASIC into a cloud application he knew it was time to finally start a company that could drive the changes that they had done before. Scott were quick to reach out to Yojando, with whom he had both worked prior, knowing his ability and drive to continue to learn. Thus Programmer Squad was founded, but this is only the beginning of the story.
Programmer Squad is founded on the notion that applications should be designed with the end user in mind and be simple, intuitive, and work efficiently. This is why we create working mockups to give the customer a real view of how the application will flow. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so a fully functional mockup can speak levels above what any document would or screen shot could.
