Yojando has 9 years of experience working as a software developer. His career has been mainly focused on large enterprise applications that are critical to the success of billion dollar companies. He has worked with third-party vendors like Honeywell to integrate disruptive technologies that are well ahead of the competitors. Yojando takes extra responsibilities as an IT Technical lead and mentor to several generations of developers. He has taken great interest in AWS cloud computing and Single Page Applications (SPAs) technologies such as Angular and React.

With over 15 years of expertise in the design, development, implementation, and in governance of learning, talent, performance, succession content, platforms, and teams, he is regarded as a national expert in his field. His background includes Food & Beverages, Healthcare, Nonprofit, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Customer Services. Additionally, he is dual certified in the learning management system (LMS) Cornerstone and has led the implementation of other LMS systems (Workday, Moodle, Docebo, Bridge, and Canvas) and LXP platforms (NovoEd and Edcast).
